Péter Rímer / News editor in chief
When he was first asked by a local TV program editor why he wasn’t making a show on TV, he replied that because he was ugly. Then, for four years, people watched him in his hometown’s local television, live and in magazine-shows.
He started to study journalism at the age of twenty-one in college, and since then he has been writing and working for radios without interruption, by now about for 15 years. He approached the capital from the Danube Bend. He worked as a news editor and program presenter at Klubrádió. Then at Klasszik Radio he moved forward step-by-step: first he worked as a program editor and presenter, then host of the morning show, editor-in-chief, and ultimately as managing editor.
Even as a managing editor he never lost contact with the listeners: he produced educational materials every day, and on Manna FM he returns to his favorite genre, to the news.
